Ordering is easy and can be done on our website by adding items to our online cart and checkout system.  We also accept emails or calls to place an order.  All orders are on a first come, first served basis.  Placing an animal in your cart does not reserve it.  If multiple customers have the same animal in their cart, the animal will be reserved for the first customer to finish checkout.

 

We offer Flexible Payment plans on all purchases! Paypal and all Major Credit Cards can be processed.  A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit will hold your Gecko for 30 days. When your Gecko is paid in full, we will ship your order.  Typically we do 2 payments, 2 weeks apart.   Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future order. If full payment is not received within 30 days, deposit will be forfeited and animal will be re-released for sale.

We charge a flat rate of $65 for up to 2 Geckos and $80 for Large Orders.

Currently due to Covid restrictions, we are only shipping to your nearest Fed-Ex hub in the USA.  Typically, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for overnight delivery. Animals must be picked up from hub as soon as possible. Delayed pick-up of more than 2 hours is subject to voiding live arrival guarantee.

 

We guarantee live arrival and ship with insurance on all orders that are HUB PICK-UP ONLY. In the rare event that an animal arrives dead, a replacement will be sent. However, dead animal must be returned at buyers cost in the same box before replacement will be shipped.

All of our animals are in excellent health, eating properly, and are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Sex of animals are not guaranteed below 50 grams. However, animals are temp sexed with a high degree of accuracy.
